8 WEEKS PLUS NOTIFICATION

Should a Rider have to withdraw or cancel their participation 8 Weeks Plus Prior to the event you will receive a full refund of monies paid

LESS THAN 8 WEEKS PRIOR NOTIFICATION

Should a Rider have to withdraw or cancel their participation less than 8 Weeks Prior to the event you will Receive 50% refund of your deposit

LESS THAN 4 WEEKS NOTIFICATION

Should a Rider have to withdraw or cancel their participation less than 4 Weeks Prior to the event you will forfeit 100% of your deposit
